It's November again and that means NaNoWriMo. This year I am taking the opportunity to finish a work in progress that has been on hold for a couple of years due to personal obligations. I have resumed work on Fed Up, the sequel to The Feeder. I plan to pick up where I left off and use my progress from that point forward as my NaNo project. In the meantime, The Feeder will be just 99 cents on Kindle for the entire month of November. Here's a chance to grab a cheap copy to see what the hell I've been rambling on about.

Another 99 cent sale I'd like you to know about is WPaD's newest release, Goin' Extinct: Tales From the Edge of Oblivion. Who can come up with a dozen or more different ways to end the world? WPaD can! Just released in July - the latest offering from Writers, Poets and Deviants: This collection of apocalyptic short stories explores the myriad ways in which life as we know it could end - from the traditional nuclear apocalypse to cosmic events, zombies, mysterious alien substances, evil corporations and even… coffee. These tales will shock, entertain and tug at your heart strings. A must-have for any fan of dystopian fiction. All WPaD anthologies are available worldwide in ebook and paperback editions. Time to turn up the heat on your summer reading list with this sizzling thriller! I should forewarn you though - this book is not for the faint of heart. If you like a Dexter-style tale of vigilante justice with violence, gore and shocking twists, then The Feeder is worth a read. If you find it offensive, I apologize in advance. This book is not everyone's cup of tea. The Feeder: Grief transforms a law-abiding citizen into a serial killer on a quest for vengeance. Is it possible to return to a ‘normal’ life after committing acts most unspeakable? A killer stalks the streets of Los Angeles. Victims of the butcher known as ‘The Feeder’ are mutilated while still alive, with parts severed and inserted in their mouths. When Camille places a drunken birthday phone call to her twin, Sammie becomes worried about her safety and flies to Los Angeles to bring her home. After finding the aspiring actress-turned-prostitute slaughtered in a hotel room, grief-stricken Sammie steps into the role of copycat killer. Suspecting that the killer is Camille’s abusive boyfriend, Sammie embarks on a bloody quest for revenge, copying the modus operandi of a brutal serial killer known as The Feeder. Walking the streets disguised as Camille, Sammie resolves to lure the real Feeder out of hiding. Sammie seeks out drug dealers, pimps, rapists – all men who caused harm to Camille. The men are found disemboweled, force-fed their own genitalia and carved up like human Picassos. The bloodbath will not end until Camille’s murder has been avenged. The Feeder gives brutality a new meaning… Available worldwide in ebook and paperback. The 99 cent special I'm running for the month of July is the WPaD fantasy anthology, Dragons and Dreams. It's a well-rounded collection of fantasy stories by some very talented authors. We donate a portion of royalties to MS in support of group members who have Multiple Sclerosis. It's available in all formats, from a variety of retailers. Pick up a copy and enjoy a magical summer read. Who is WPaD? Visit our website for more information. |
